Hot 26 - 90

Hot 26 - 90 is the traditional, popular 90 minute class. 

Hot 26 Yoga is 26 postures each performed 2 times and practiced in a room heated (approximately 105 degrees at 40% humidity). The heat loosens up your muscles for deeper stretches and improved flexibility. The humidity helps you to sweat which elevates your heart rate, boosts metabolism, promotes detoxification of your body.

The poses are specifically designed to target our culture’s most pressing health problems. The benefits of this yoga are:

Hot 26 - 60

Because sometimes you just need to get in and get out. Hot 26 - 60 is an abbreviated version of the traditional 90 minute class. Don’t be fooled by the class length! This class is designed for an experienced Hot 26 Student (not recommended for beginners). Some poses are performed only one time instead of twice and the class moves at a faster pace with less rest in between postures. This class is 60 minutes. Room will be heated to 105 degrees.


Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates Principles with High Intensive | Low Impact interval training. It is an intense, full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, burn fat and increase fitness levels. The class focuses on building a strong core, arms, legs and cardio in a warm room (approximately 95 degrees and 40% humidity).  The high intensity focus keeps your heart rate up helping you burn fat and realizing all the benefits of a high caliber cardio workout. The Pilates postures create muscle mass resulting in a lean, sculpted body. The heat loosens up your muscles for deeper stretches and improved flexibility. The humidity helps you to sweat which elevates your heart rate, boosts metabolism, promotes detoxification of your body. Room will be heated to 95 degrees.


Good Soul Hot Barre

Every Good Soul Hot Barre class starts with a warm-up, upper-body exercises and push-ups in the middle of the room, followed by a sequence of leg and seat work at the barre and core exercises on the floor. The method predominantly uses your own bodyweight for resistance along with a few basic props – free weights, mats and a ball. Students are continually challenged with endless variations of each exercise timed to the beat of the music. While each class is unique, the method follows a consistent sequence to work the right muscles in the right order, in order to maximize results. Students of all levels work within their individual limits while receiving encouragement to continually push forward. Room will be heated to 95 degrees.


Good Soul Hot Vinyasa

Good Soul Hot Vinyasa is a 60 minute moving meditation that links breathe to movement, while building strength and stamina. The synchronized breathing helps to achieve conscious control of the body. This method of breathing relaxes the mind and body and releases any blockages of energy flow through the body. This class will vary with each instructor. All levels welcomed. More advanced practitioners are encouraged to find their edge and depth by moving on to more advanced postures. Room will be heated to 95 degrees.


Awakeings

A deep stretch/vinyasa/meditation class where we set intentions & clean the slate for a new week. Class starts with a well rounded deep stretch while setting your intentions followed by a morning flow that moves and has a few challenges to start the morning off right. Class ends with a mediation & savasana. Room will be heated to 95 degrees.


Good Soul Open Space

YES! Your prayers have been answered. Come enjoy the hot room with the freedom to spend it as you choose. Meditation, gentle postures, stretching & even yes, a nap! Room will be heated to 100 degrees with humidity ranging between 25 & 40%. Light spa-type music will be played with dim lighting. Use of your voice, loud breathing, screens, books or anything that disrupts the peace of your neighbors is not permitted. Mat, towel, water & props only. It’s all about introspection, silence, meditation, peace & finding your happy place.


Hot 26 Silent

The traditional Hot26 sequence is practiced without dialogue to ambient music & is quite serene & therapeutic. Experience in the sequence is suggested. Room is dimly lit, 105 degrees with 40% humidity.
