Hot 26 90

 

Bikram 90 is the traditional, popular 90 minute Bikram Beginning Yoga Class. 

Bikram Yoga is 26 postures each performed 2 times and practiced in a room heated (approximately 105 degrees at 40% humidity). The heat loosens up your muscles for deeper stretches and improved flexibility. The humidity helps you to sweat which elevates your heart rate, boosts metabolism, promotes detoxification of your body.

The poses are specifically designed to target our culture’s most pressing health problems. The benefits of Bikram Yoga are:

Hot 26 60

 

Because sometimes you just need to get in and get out. Buckram 60 is an abbreviated version of Bikram 90 class. This class is designed for an experienced Bikram Yoga (not recommended for beginners). Some poses are performed only one time instead of twice and the class moves at a faster pace with less rest in between postures. This class is 60 minutes

 

Hot 26 Silent

 

The Hot 26 Method practiced in a traditional hot room for 75 minutes with ambient music an no dialogue.

 

Inferno Hot Pilates

 

Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates Principles with High Intensive | Low Impact interval training. It is an intense, full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, burn fat and increase fitness levels. The class focuses on building a strong core, arms, legs and cardio in a warm room (approximately 95 degrees and 40% humidity). 

The high intensity focus keeps your heart rate up helping you burn fat and realizing all the benefits of a high caliber cardio workout. The Pilates postures create muscle mass resulting in a lean, sculpted body.

Warm Core Flow

 

Warm Stretch is a slow-paced practice designed for all levels with poses held for longer periods of time. The poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A great class for students new to practicing yoga or wanting a complement to their other fitness regimes.

 

Hot Power Hour

 

Probably our most exhilarating class! Beginning with a deep stretch the class takes you through a series of postures, movement & stretch addressing all major muscle areas. Lined with some seriously supercharged music you are bound to leave feeling fulfilled, empowered & totally ready to take on the world!
